Projects

Terwilliger Plaza is an independent retirement community just south of downtown Portland, Oregon. Lights There recently had the pleasure of converting their existing lighting to energy efficient LED lighting. Making this change means a 54.56% reduction of their electrical usage. In addition, the environmental impact is equivalent to removing 40 cars from the road or 277 tons of CO2 from the environment. Reducing energy use by switching to LEDs also qualifies them for incentive money from the Energy Trust of Oregon.

Another project we have recently completed is Harbor Wholesale in Lacey, Washington. Harbor Wholesale is a single source food distributor serving small and mid size operators. Lights There was able to help them achieve a 61% savings in their energy use while at the same time providing the light they needed in their warehouse space. The environmental impact for this project is tantamount to removing 36 cars from the road or 221 tons of CO2.
Lights There has also been converting the Jim Doran auto dealerships in McMinnville, Oregon to LED. We are nearing completion on Jim Doran Subaru and will soon finish Jim Doran Chevrolet and Jim Doran Chrysler/Mazda. The specifics for each of these jobs is outlined below:
Jim Doran Chrysler Mazda: Expected annual energy savings of 66.03%. Environmental impact is equivalent to removing 14 cars from the road or 100 tons of CO2 from the environment.
Jim Doran Chevrolet: Expected annual energy savings of 57.92%. Environmental impact is equivalent to removing 5 cars from the road or 32 tons of CO2 from the environment.
Jim Doran Subaru: Expected annual energy savings of 59.40%. Environmental impact is equivalent to removing 1 car from the road or 7 tons of CO2 from the environment.
