January 21st was the annual Energy Trust Commercial & Industrial Lighting Trade Ally Workshop in Portland, Oregon.
The Energy Trust of Oregon had informative classes on Lighitng Audits and Economics, Introductions to Lighting (Tips & Tricks), Increasing Customer Rebates, Creating a Dynamic Workforce, and Network Lighting Controls.
Along with the classes, many lighting vendors were there with samples of their new products, and The ETO went over thier new incentive program for 2020.
The incentives this year are great. They have been fighting to increase the rebates for quite a few years, and this year they have made it happen. This means people who save energy by converting to LED, can recieve substantial compensation for that energy. Up to $335 per lighting fixture!
These incentives will help people pay for the initial cost to upgrade their lighting. Saving energy and money for the years to come.

Lights There earned the Outstanding Contributions Award for the third year in a row.
