Why make the switch to LED lights?

There is little question that LED lights are the smart choice when you’re thinking about upgrading your lighting system.   LED bulbs use about 20% of the electricity used to produce the same amount of light as comparable incandescent bulbs.  In addition, LED bulbs direct a larger ratio of the light directly where it is needed.  This means that in many applications LED bulbs are ten times as effective, thereby reducing energy use by up to 90%.

The Energy Trust is committed to helping people make the switch to LED lighting.   They offer cash

incentives that make your energy efficient upgrade more affordable.  There are also many financing options available and (depending on the program and utility participation of the upgrade), it may be possible to get new lights for zero dollars out of your cash flow.

Lights There is a trade ally of the Energy Trust of Oregon and our lighting designer Griff Williams works closely with them, ensuring that our clients get the maximum cash rebate.  We also work with several financing companies.  Many of our clients have been able to reduce their monthly operating expenses (including maintenance costs), without spending any money out of pocket.
