Lights There recently had the honor of working with the Portland Opera to replace their exterior lighting. The Portland Opera is felt by many to be one of Portland, Oregon’s cultural institutions. Each member of Lights There feels honored to provide not only a cost-saving measure, but a greener, brighter lighting system for this organization.
By reducing the Portland Opera’s electrical usage, their estimated annual electrical savings is 79%. This represents an annual KWH savings of 16,175. In addition, by converting their lighting system to LEDs, they are removing the equivalent of 4 tons of CO2 from the environment.
